In this time of economic uncertainty, I wanted to reach out with some resources that might help. Your business may need to change the way you serve your customers in order to adapt to the current situation, and it is our intention to help your payments adapt too. Here are a few things that I thought might help.
Certain businesses, especially bars, night-clubs and restaurants have been restricted in the manner with which they can provide service. This being the case, it is important that you know about some services and products that are already at your disposal. These products and services, some of which are already included in your current service, are not limited to those business types, but are available to all of our customers.
1. Website and Mobile App for Accepting Payments:
All of our customers have access to one or multiple apps for taking payments. The website that allows you to see your reporting for transactions and statements, also has a "Virtual Terminal" where you can accept payments online. If you are already be registered, click "Client Login"
at the top of this page, and then choose "CardPointe". If you aren't registered, simply follow THIS LINK TO REGISTER. You can access the mobile app for iPhone here
or for Android on Google Play Here. You will use the same login and password on the app as you do on the website. Feel free to reach out for technical help.
2. Online Ordering and e-Commerce Shopping Carts:
The ability to accept orders online or through a mobile app, can come in very handy at a time like this. We have several online ordering platforms we use depending on your current setup.
3. Money to Keep You Going:
We have several avenues with which we can help, but the primary one is to point you to the resources that have been made available by the State of Florida and the Federal Government. Hillsborough County Economic Development sent out
